Booking an Amazon Cruise

Are you ready to take the plunge? Rainforest Cruises appreciates your business and looks forward to executing a seamless Amazon River experience for you. Please carefully read our booking conditions below before committing to your Amazon vacation!

Booking Conditions:

To confirm an Amazon cruise or land tour with Rainforest Cruises,we require a deposit equal to 30% of the total package price. The Deposit is non-refundable. Certain items - such as air tickets and travel insurance - are required to be paid in full at time of booking. Written confirmation will be sent to you within 5 business days of receiving payment, client information documents and all flights.

The final, remaining balance is due to Rainforest Cruises 100 days prior your travel date. Bookings less than 100 days from travel date will be due in full.

Payment can either be made by credit card, wire transfer, direct deposit, or check. In case of a bank transfer, all wiring and transfer costs should be assumed by the Client. Payments by credit card are subject to a 3.5% surcharge to cover merchant fees.  


* Note: Late payments will be subject to cancellation and application of cancellation fees.

Cancellation Conditions:

- Cancellation 100 days or more will result in a loss of initial deposit.

- Cancellation 100 days or less will result in full loss of payment.

Note: Cancellation will be applied based on the date on which we receive written notification. Any refund paid to customers will be after bank or transaction fees are subtracted.

Rainforest Cruises strictly applies its booking and cancellation policies. We highly suggest all passengers carry travel insurance to avoid financial losses or disappointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
