
Nataraja
Overview
Nataraja Liveaboard is a traditional, 105-foot, wooden phinisi schooner, specializing in charter cruises through the stunning scenery and graceful underwater life of the Indonesian Archipelago. Built by the craftsmen of South Sulawesi and meeting the highest industry standards, she is designed to comfortably accommodate nine adults and up to four children for land and sea adventure cruises with scuba diving as an option.
Life On Board
Characterized by tropical hardwood throughout the interior, and an expansive open concept living area with glorious views in all directions from the lounging spots, Nataraja boasts a a spacious open deck area, featuring a large dining table for al-fresco dining, with a canopy that can be quickly setup for shade. In keeping with the spice-trader tradition, there is a cargo hatch-styled seating area with a skylight providing light to the saloon below.
There is also an open kitchen-galley, bar, and a lounge at the stern. The rooftop sundeck offers restful options for yoga practice, sunbathing, relaxing, reading, sunset cocktails, and stargazing.
Accommodation
Nataraja provides four comfortable air-conditioned cabins, each with a private bathroom with a hot water shower. The Master Cabin in the stern offers a private terrace at the back and two large windows, presenting a splendid view at all times. It has one large bed and two small ones, as well as a bench and a desk. The three staterooms are fitted with either twin beds or a double bed and an additional child’s bed in case you wish to travel with your family.
Dining
Your healthy meals on board Nataraja are a mix of Western & Indonesian dishes, and you can also choose vegetarian and vegan options if pre-arranged at the time of booking. Special diets are also catered for upon request.
Activities and Facilities
Nataraja is fully equipped for scuba diving with dive equipment, two compressors, weights and a line for freediving. You’ll also find snorkeling and fishing gear, sea kayaks, a speed boat, audio and video entertainment facilities, a library and a coffee machine.

There are many options for itineraries that range from three nights to twenty nights and takes you to explore the incredible waters of Raja Ampat, of the most bio-diverse areas on earth with stops at Penemu, Kri, Misool and the Dampier Strait.
In the Komodo National Park, you can go trekking in search of Komodo dragons, snorkel or dive with giant manta rays and turtles, and visit the Pink Beach and the island of Padar. Or you can join one of the twice-yearly crossings of the Banda Sea between Raja Ampat and Ambon. Visit the Forgotten Islands and the Ring of Fire.

The Nataraja's three standard cabins are equipped with one double king-size bed and one optional child's bed for triple occupancy. Each cabin has a private toilet, shower, air conditioning, hot water and fresh linens.
Master Cabin
The Nataraja's Master Cabin is ideal for families as it has one double (Australian) king-sized bed, a single and a child's bed for quadruple occupancy.
