Galapagos Safari Camp

Luxury Safari Tents in the Heart of the Galapagos Archipelago

Experience the Galapagos Islands immersed in nature. The Galapagos Safari Camp was passionately and creatively built for travelers to soak in nature and enjoy the archipelago from a different perspective. The lodge is nestled in the wild highlands of Santa Cruz Island with stunning views of the Pacific

Ocean and the National Park. The stylish property offers a panoramic lodge, nine charming tents, a family suite and an infinity pool under a canapé of endemic trees. The Galapagos Safari Camp offers tailored tours, allowing guests to select from a Classic Safari, Dive Safari or Family Safari Tour.

The Galapagos Safari Camp offers of a number of luxury tents "safari style", equipped with plush beds and modern facilities. Guests will feel fully immersed in the beauty of the islands without compromising their comfort. In the evenings a fresh breeze blows through the netted fabric of the tents walls, carrying with it the faint sound of birds chirping in the trees. Nearby, there is a main lodge of the camp where guests can convene in the evening around the fireplace to share stories and reminisce about their day. There is also a library for those who want to indulge in quiet reading and a lounge for relaxing.

The camp prides itself on its farm to table cuisine, which combines Ecuadorian staples with international dishes for a delectable fusion extravaganza. There is also a bar at the camp, where guests can treat themselves to a sundowner after dinner.

Since the camp believes in fresh and organic food, there is a 55-hectare farm, rich in birdlife, includes finches, warblers, mockingbirds, Galapagos doves, egrets and owls, on site! Don't be surprised if a giant tortoise roams around next to your tent. 10 hectares of the farm have been dedicated to reforestation efforts. Already, some endemic tree species have been reintroduced, such as: scalesia, guayabillo and palo santo. In addition to all the spectacular surrounding nature, the camp has a spectacular viewpoint, where guests enjoy yoga, private lunches or sundown cocktails.Guests can also relax by the infinity pool, designed for relaxation. The pool is a fantastic spot for a refreshing dip, bird watching or simply enjoying nature. In your free time, you may walk to Puerto Ayora, the main town on Santa Cruz Island. The biggest town in the archipelago, it is nice to spend a few hours there and feel like you are back in civilisation. One of the most beautiful beaches on the islands is also walking distance away!

Parents can enjoy some alone time over summer and winter school vacations, thanks to the camp's seasonal kids club. A qualified coordinator will be on-site to supervise screen printing, shoe painting, cooking classes, storytelling, crafts and more. The staff raised their children in Galapagos, so they are experts on providing unforgettable experiences for young ones in a place filled with wonder, adventure and fascinating history.
