It is understandable that travelers want to make sure that they are traveling with a reputable company. As well as what many happy customers have to say, it is always good practice to check the credentials of the travel company you are planning to use. Travel in confidence and rest safe in the knowledge that Rainforest Cruises, as a US travel agency, hold the following accreditations and licences:

Insured, Licensed and Bonded Florida Seller of Travel
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services states that any business who is a seller or promoter of travel related services to register annually with the department. Sellers of Travel law stipulates that Sellers of Travel are required to provide proof of assurance in the form of a performance bond, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.
Registered Seller of Travel with the California Seller of Travel Program
The State of California requires that all sellers of travel register with the Attorney General's Office. Valid registration signals that the seller of travel has followed the law to be registered, but it should be noted that registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
Our passengers' purchase money is protected under the Seller of Travel Act. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. Rainforest Cruises has a bond issued by JW Bond Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $10,000.
