Gastronomy at Explora Patagonia

Embracing the region’s culinary traditions, Explora Patagonia worked with famed Argentinian chef Pablo Jesús Rivero to create a menu that highlights the local gaucho culture. The chef, whose “Don Julio” was named as the Best Restaurant in Latin America in 2020, designed a range of dishes featuring fresh, local ingredients sourced from small producers. The asado barbeque, which is cooked over a wood fire, must be tasted to be believed. Finish off your meal with a stop at the bar for a glass of wine or a hand-crafted pisco sour.
