Galaxy Stella
Overview
The Galaxy Stella is a sleek, first-class motor yacht designed to deliver an intimate and sophisticated exploration of the legendary Galapagos Islands. Accommodating just twelve guests, this modern vessel blends boutique comfort with expedition-grade capability, offering travelers an exclusive front-row seat to one of the world’s most pristine wildlife sanctuaries.
Life On Board
Life aboard the Galaxy Stella is defined by an atmosphere of relaxed elegance and impeccable personal service. Across her well-appointed decks, guests will find a variety of inviting spaces designed for socializing, contemplation, and viewing the dramatic volcanic landscapes.
The spacious Sun Deck serves as the ultimate relaxation area; its open-air Sky lounge, where you can soak up the equatorial sun from the bubbles of the jacuzzi whilst sipping on bubbles from the bar and savoring the delights of the BBQ area, as well as watch the stars emerge over the Pacific from the comforts of the giant daybed.
Inside through the Sky lounge’s doors, the air-conditioned living room with its entertainment center forms the hub for presentations and provides a welcoming refuge and privileged view of the bridge. There’s extra seating, shade, and even better 360-degree views to be had up on the Upper Deck above.
The Main Deck’s huge living room-cum-dining area features contemporary creature comforts, chic monochrome decor, and large windows that ensure you never miss a passing pod of dolphins whilst unwinding or dining. Aft there is also an alfresco dining area which can also be accessed by stairs from the Sky lounge above.
A dedicated crew, including an onboard cruise director and an expert bilingual naturalist guide, attends to every detail, serving up gourmet meals and refreshing post-excursion snacks that celebrate local and international flavors. Whether you are sipping a welcome cocktail at the bar or sharing stories with fellow adventurers, the vibe on board is warm, inclusive, and deeply connected to the natural world.
After a day of thrilling encounters, you’ll be able to retire to one of the six contemporary ensuite cabins on board, five matrimonial or twin staterooms situated on the Lower Deck, and—last but not least—the over-sized Master Cabin towards the prow on the Main Deck with its huge wardrobes, his-and-hers bathroom, and own adjoining studio.
Itinerary Options and Highlight Excursions
The carefully crafted itineraries of the Galaxy Stella traverse the diverse regions of the Galapagos Marine Reserve, each offering a distinct window into the archipelago’s evolutionary wonders. Travelers can choose between routes that focus on the geologically younger western islands, where dramatic lava fields meet nutrient-rich waters, or paths that explore the historic central and eastern islands, famous for their colorful beaches and ancient tortoise populations.
Every journey is packed with immersive activities, from guided hikes across surreal volcanic terrains to kayaking and paddleboarding along hidden mangrove channels. Equipped with complimentary wetsuits and snorkeling gear, you will dive into crystalline waters to swim alongside playful sea lions, marine iguanas, and graceful sea turtles. Land excursions bring you face-to-face with fearless wildlife, allowing you to witness the elaborate courtship dances of blue-footed boobies or stand in the presence of giant tortoises in their natural highland habitats.
An Unforgettable Expedition
Embarking on a voyage aboard the Galaxy Stella will allow you to walk paths rarely trodden by humans and share close encounters with creatures that know no fear of man, leaving you feeling profoundly transformed, grounded by the raw power of nature and inspired by a sense of true discovery.
This vessel is an exceptional choice for inquisitive couples, active families, and solo travelers who crave a sophisticated yet deeply authentic expedition. Long after you return home, the memories of the pristine shores, the whispering ocean currents, and the timeless magic of the Galapagos will continue to resonate within your spirit.
